Position: Operations Manager
Overview
Responsible for managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team to meet service and performance standards.
Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Provide product knowledge and hardware solutions to customers.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Train and support staff to improve sales skills and service quality.
Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and a positive work culture.
Selection Criteria:
Selection Criteria – Experience & Skills
2–3 years' experience in the hardware sector is a must.
Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in stock control, merchandising, and showroom operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
