Organisation Description:
Asco Motors is the official dealership for Toyota, Yamaha and other premium brands in Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
1. Ensure that all orders received are properly handled and checked.
2. Ensure that damage in transit and discrepancies are recorded and forwarded to the Parts analyst for investigation
3. Ensure that all received items are properly stored in their correct bin for easy location and accessibility.
4. Ensure that VOR and Airfreight orders are segregated by customer names and allocated to the bin as per the binning report for easy identification and fast delivery.
5. Ensure that correct parts and quantities are transferred to the branches and/or delivered to the customers.
6. Ensure that protective packaging materials are sufficient for breakable and easily damaged parts
7. Identify shipment package with the correct name and delivery address, and ensure that the corresponding customers' invoice copy is included in the shipment
8. Ensure that shipments are delivered on time to the airport or wharf for immediate dispatch.
9. Ensure to advise branches or customers of the shipping details by facsimile, phone or email.
10. Ensure Kaizen System's seven storage techniques are strictly implemented in the warehouse for fast and efficient service to clients
11. Ensure that cleanliness and order of the whole warehouse area are well maintained, and rubbish disposal is done once per week.
12. Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and serviced at all times.
13. Ensure that all office equipment, machineries and lights are turned off during break time to minimize expenses
14. Provide strong support in all company projects and other sponsored events
15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
16. Ensure weekly cyclic stock takes are done consistently
