Since its opening, it has experienced consistent growth, with an expanding mix of tenants that today includes a cinema, restaurants, food court, family entertainment and gaming facilities, café and bakery outlets, and a diverse range of retail and service businesses.
Job Desctiption:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial and Development Manager to oversee the management and development of multiple businesses within Tana Russet Plaza. This is a strategic leadership role requiring capability to manage diverse business units, drive innovation and deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Oversee all business activities within the shopping center;
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of startegic projects for the mall by driving the introduction of new business concepts, services, and experiences within the Plaza in response to market demand;
• Lead tenant-mix optimisation to ensure the Plaza remains competitive and attractive;
• Oversee and support the Operations Manager in tenant relations and daily operations;
• Enhance customer experience, marketing initiatives and commercial partnerships;
Selection Criteria:
• Ability to lead projects, introduce new ideas and drive business innovation;
• Communicates confidently and manages stakeholders in a professional manner;
• Strong commercial and financial acumen;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce Management, Finance, Marketing, Property Management or related field
