Organisation Description:
The Department of Finance & Treasury (DOFT) is a Department within the Ministry of Finance & Economic Management (MFEM) that provides strategic economic and fiscal advice, ensures transparent and effective public financial management and is accountable in securing government revenue.
Job Desctiption:
To develop and customize Information Systems managed by the FMIS Section including smart stream, VBMS, reporting applications, EDRMS and other sub systems.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Degree.
Special Business Education: Computing or related discipline.
Experience: Relevant experience in computing, software development and database administration.
Special skills: Advance software development skills, database administration skills, knowledge in accounting is an advantage.
Thinking style: Creative, analytical and practical.
Communication/Interpersonal skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable and of good character.
Language: English or French and Bislama.
Salary:
PST 3.1 (VT 2,510,000) per annum
