Pierre Brunet Entreprise Générale is a local construction company based in Port-Vila, established in 1983. In the past decade and a half, the company has expanded its services by creating divisions for aggregate production, ready-mix concrete and civil works.

 

Job Desctiption:

Position Overview: In charge of leading and overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects of the company. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for: supervising and leading teams on each project site, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within scope, under the of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and lead execution of multiple projects, individually and / or simultaneously, in accordance with timelines and resources.
• Lead, motivate and supervise multiple project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective and efficient delivery of project.
• Ensure all projects are implemented in accordance with: the company's quality standards, the requirements of the client and the legal, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor the execution of projects and provide regular updates to management on progress.
• Proactively manage unexpected changes and develop, where needed mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly to management on implementation progress.

Must be capable to work under pressure.

Selection Criteria:

• Strong background / Extensive experience in managing multiple construction projects at all stages (Design to Finish).
• Diploma / Degree in construction related field
