Organisation Description:
A leading grocery establishment in Vanuatu with 6 well-stocked supermarkets, a large wholesale division, and 4 ABM fuel service stations.
Job Desctiption:
A skilled worker knowledgeable in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, basic landscaping, minor electrical wiring and responsible for performing variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair jobs in building, commercial properties, residential or accommodation and ensuring that facilities are in good working condition and safe environment.
Selection Criteria:
• 2 years of relevant experience in Maintenance work
• Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing or refrigeration preferred and have the ability to safely use common power and hand tools.
• Hands-on and physically fit to do maintenance work and able to sit, stand, kneel, lift and climb ladders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Independent with time management and decisive skill.
• HVAC knowledge and repairing skills is and an advantage.
