The Compliance Junior role is to ensure a high level of interaction, communication, and service with existing and potential customers by performing a range of client and business-facing functions and internal KYC operational processes, whilst maintaining a risk mindset.

The Compliance Junior is expected to provide day to day trading compliance support to the Firm, foster inter-departmental relationships, as well as assist in managing vendor relationships.

All dealings with both external and internal customers, vendors and government bodies must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.


Your key responsibilities may include liaising with the client as well as front and middle office staff to obtain required KYC and legal documentation prior to set-up, performing and managing client on-boarding, interfacing with different business desks on any customer lifecycle management related queries, and forming subject matter expertise allowing you to provide quality control checks for staff who KYC research on new and existing clients, and drive value-add change and initiatives to our stakeholders

• Contribute to document online marketing and communications strategies for the Marketing & Communications Department
• Collaborate with designers, developers and other relevant partners when needed to keep up with online marketing trends
• Prepare GM's monthly reports, presentations for VNPF meetings, awareness and seminars
• Assist in preparing Annual reports.
