Job Desctiption:
The Casino General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the Casino at The Grand Hotel and Casino. This senior role oversees gaming operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and the management of staff, while delivering exceptional service to both local and international players. The position requires extensive experience in casino management, strong financial and operational expertise, and the ability to lead with professionalism, discretion, and integrity in a fast-paced gaming environment.
Selection Criteria:
• At least 12 years in a Casino Management role • At least 10 years proven experience dealing with International Casino players • At least 5 years proven experience in Casino financials and budgets • Proven customer service experience • At least 10 years knowledge of all Table Games and, in particular, Slot Operations • Proven knowledge of managing staff • Energy, enthusiasm and a mature and professional attitude • Fluent in English • Ability to work as a team member • Excellent communication skills • Able to maintain extreme confidentiality at all times • Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when rostered • The successful applicant must obtain a Police clearance prior to commencing employment excellent criteria
