Job Desctiption:
We are seeking two (2) reliable and detail-oriented Local Compliance Checkers to join our Quality Assurance team. These roles are essential in ensuring our staff meet all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and Quality Compliance requirements across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all staff are correctly using required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, boots, uniforms, etc.).
• Monitor and verify compliance with established quality assurance procedures.
• Identify non-compliance issues and provide on-the-spot coaching or corrective guidance.
• Record findings in compliance check logs and escalate serious breaches to supervisors or QA leads.
• Work closely with the QA and OH&S teams to reinforce positive safety culture.
• Participate in walkthroughs, audits, and follow-up inspections.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on trends or recurring issues.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot non-compliance quickly.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and PPE standards (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in following procedures.
