For the opening in 2026 of a French-inspired artisanal rotisserie (La Rôtisserie) at Tana Russet Plaza, Port Vila, we are seeking an experienced Deli Caterer / Rotisserie Manager to lead and develop a high-quality food operation.

Selection Criteria:
• Experienced deli caterer / charcutier
• Strong background in French craftsmanship
• Autonomous, reliable, and hands-on manager
• Able to adapt creatively in an island environment
• Produce and manage a French-inspired rotisserie and catering offer
• Ensure artisanal charcuterie production using locally available products
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and consistency standards
• Lead, train, and manage a team of around 20 staff
• Oversee daily operations and production planning
