Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about automotive parts, delivering excellent service, and working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide professional and prompt customer service (counter, phone, email, workshop support)
• Identify customer parts needs accurately using EPC systems and catalogues
• Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner, converting inquiries into sales
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary parts and services
• Build strong working relationships with workshop teams, fleet clients, and retail customers
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely picking and dispatch of parts
• Maintain high standards of integrity and compliance with company policies
Selection Criteria:
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales (preferred)
• Customer service or retail sales experience
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanical components
• Knowledge of EPC parts catalog systems is an advantage
• Experience using invoicing or ERP systems is preferred
Salary:
400vt per hour + (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
