Organisation Description:
The Central Tenders Board (CTB) is a section with the Office of the Director General's Corporate Services Unit (CSU) that oversees policy, planning, finance management, human resource management, and internal audits across the Ministry of Finance & Economic Management (MFEM).
Job Desctiption:
To detect compliance audits and inspection based on procurement laws, policies and procedures as well as established agency procurement benchmarks.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree.
Special Business Education: Accounting and or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in auditing, performing procurement, contract, compliance or quality assurance activities.
Special skills: Develop organizational and analytical skills, auditing skills.
Leadership competencies: Visionary, motivational, team building, coaching, proactive, lead with direction.
Thinking style: Analytical, practical, creative and critical.
Communication/ interpersonal skills: String written & verbal communication skills.
Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, commitment, customer oriented and of good character.
Language: English or French and Bislama.
Salary:
PSS 5.1 VT 1,989,000 per annum
