We are seeking an exceptional hospitality leader to take the helm of one of the South Pacific's
most intimate and distinguished luxury resort properties.
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned General Manager to lead a world-class boutique
resort experience in a breathtaking island setting — overseeing all aspects of operations, guest
experience, team leadership, and commercial performance
Selection Criteria:
A minimum of 5 years in a senior General Manager role within international luxury or
boutique resort environments
• A demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences at the highest
level
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing costs, budgeting, and revenue
strategy
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with experience in developing, mentoring and motivating our team.
• A genuine passion for the unique demands and rewards of remote island hospitality
