Job Desctiption:
Carpenters Trading Vanuatu is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our senior leadership team in Port Vila.

In this role, you'll be part of a diverse, high‑performing team and play a key role in driving business growth and taking our operations to the next level.
Selection Criteria:
Required skills and qualifications
• Hold a valid Diploma
• Very good verbal, written and communication skills coupled with the ability to create presentations
• Minimum 4 years' experience in sales and preferably in the FMCG industry
• Overall, 10 years of sales experience
• Good computer literacy and ability to work on Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical skills to analyze data in identifying trends and creating forecasts
• Excellent business development skills, with a mindset to grow business into other areas of opportunities
