Job Desctiption:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Chefs to join our vibrant team. Our Chefs are the creative powerhouses of the Food & Beverage and a cornerstone of the resort experience. They blend skill, artistry, and passion to craft exceptional dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Joining our culinary team means playing a pivotal role in elevating our dining standards, shaping unforgettable moments, and contributing to the vibrant energy that defines our resort.
Selection Criteria:
• Station Management: Responsible for all mise-en-place (prep) and execution of dishes within their assigned section.
• Cooking and Quality Control: Preparing and presenting dishes to resort standards, including garnishing and portion control.
• Supervision: Leading and training Commis Chefs and trainees within their section.
• Inventory and Stock: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies for their section, and ensuring proper storage.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Working with the Sous Chef/Head Chef on menu development and assisting other sections during service.
NOTE: We will organize the applicant's food trial and then proceed with confirmation.
