• Conduct financial analysis of proposals, cost estimates, and commercial offers.
Strategic Development in the Pacific Region:
• Identify business opportunities and define a development strategy tailored to the Pacific market.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Establish strategic partnerships, depending on project size and complexity.
Selection Criteria:
• Professional proficiency in French and English (knowledge of Bislama is an asset).
• High availability for regular international travel.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to operate in multicultural environments.
