Job Desctiption:
1. Slot Attendant
Assist guests with slot machines, process payouts, maintain gaming floor order, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Table Games Dealer
Conduct table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette) accurately, ensure fair play, handle chips, and engage guests professionally.
3. Cashier
Handle cash transactions, chip exchanges, and reconciliations while maintaining accuracy, security, and courteous service.
4. Revenue Audit Officer
Monitor and reconcile casino revenue, review financial reports, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Selection Criteria:
1. Slot Attendant
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a casino or customer service role.
Basic understanding of slot machine operations and cash handling.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
2. Table Games Dealer
Previous experience as a dealer in a casino or gaming environment.
Knowledge of gaming rules and ability to handle chips accurately.
Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
3. Cashier
Experience in cash handling, cashiering, or finance-related roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts accurately.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Revenue Audit Officer
Experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably in a casino environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal controls.
