Job Desctiption:
Looking for an experience chef with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and who can also manages the whole restaurant.
Must be able to plan menu, and order supplies, overseas the daily food preparation at the restaurants and other places where food is served.
Also must be able to mange inventory, create schedule, handle customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervise the team of staff, control operation costs, hire and train staff.
Selection Criteria:
More than 5 years experience.
Problem solving with leadership
