Organisation Description:
Turtle Cove Villas are new boutique offering of only 4 separate 1 and 2 bedroom Villas at the waters edge on picturesque Undine Bay. Set along 200 metres of waterfront within tropical gardens it also features a central swimming pool overlooking the bay and islands beyond as well as a café and bar.
Job Desctiption:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily according to resort standards.
Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing linens when needed.
Maintain cleaning trolleys and storage areas in a neat and organized condition.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are always upheld.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Support the Resort team during high occupancy periods or special events.
Selection Criteria:
• High School Certificate (required)
• Hospitality Certificate (preferred) or similar field.
Experience:
• At least 2 years' experience in hospitality
• Previous experience in a Hotel /Resort
• Laundry service
Skills:
• Good work ethics
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Knowledge about the attractions on Efate especially the area.
• Ability to manage laundry tasks efficiently
• Good Punctuality
• Honesty
