Tradebase is a plumbing & hardware retailer which specializes in all pipes, fittings, kitchen, bathroom and laundry accessories.
Job Desctiption:
Tradebase Plumbing Supplies is currently seeking an enthusiastic shop manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the store, coordinate staff and ensure our customers have excellent shopping experience. This vacancy is for a period of 6 months only, working Monday to Saturday.
Selection Criteria:
• Previous experience in management and a good understanding of business operation.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
• Experience in Hardware/Plumbing background.
• Honest and reliable.
• Have a friendly and engaging personality.
• Comfortably working as a team or as an individual.
• Confident, helpful, and polite.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have driving license.
Salary:
Depending on qualification, experience and skills
