Organisation Description:
Maxpaddle is a watersport manufacturing company. We manufacture Ocean Racing Surfski's and Standup paddle boards as well as paddles for both these products.
We have plans to also manufacture Fishing ski products for local and Export.
Job Desctiption:
Maxpaddle is a composites company using Resin Fiberglass carbon fiber as well as many other composite materials.
The construction of the watercraft requires a large amount of attention to detail, neatness, accuracy and a good work ethic.
- Cutting Materials
- using measuring tapes
-using a scale to weigh resin
using power tool: Grinder, drill, jigsaw, sanding machines, multi tool, vacuum pump, electric screwdriver, router to mention a few.
- cutting Tools- knives scissors
- read and follow instructions and processes
- cleaning of workshop & tools daily.
Selection Criteria:
Maxpaddle Staff need the follow:
- Excellent understanding and communication in the English-speaking language.
- Excellent time keeping (arriving on time for work and taking lunch appropriately)
- Good housekeeping skills
- able to read & write in English
- willing to learn new skills and listening/follow instructions
- willing to work in a Team and be able to multitask
- excellent communication between other staff and management
- healthy strong energetic person
- Be able to use a tape measure
- be able to use a pair of scissors
- No Composite/Fiberglass skill requirement is needed as the company will train all new staff
Salary:
624000vt per Year
