Job Desctiption:
Server Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data backups, security, and network integrity, and providing technical support to clients and internal teams.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in server administration and IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, and security protocols
- Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant IT certifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
