Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
*Significant sales experience in the building materials industry
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Ability to drive business growth and maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships
*Strong experience in stock management
*Organizational and problem-solving abilities
*Mother tongue must be English and some knowledge in Bislama and French would be a plus but not mandatory
