Job Desctiption:
The Role: Lead the kitchen team at Three Pigs Restaurant and Bar, managing staff, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include handling food shopping, ordering and stock control.
Selection Criteria:
✅ Minimum 2 years proven experience in a kitchen leadership role
✅ Ideally has worked in a resort environment
✅ Must have a valid Driver's License
✅ Fluent in English
✅ Able to work unsupervised and manage a team through example
✅ Committed to portion control, cleanliness, and quality standards
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced restaurant with multiple seatings and big groups
