Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage to/from rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and public areas
• Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
• Assist with room deliveries (e.g., amenities, room service, extra linens)
• Support front desk operations during busy periods (e.g., check-in/check-out)
• Arrange transportation, taxis, or shuttle services for guests
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Handle storage of guest items with proper tagging and security
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to relevant departments
Selection Criteria:
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Familiarity with local attractions and transportation options
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols
• Equivalent education
