Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working lives and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
The position is responsible for assessing loan application and also evaluates the information to determine an applicant need for a loan and ability to repay it.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related qualifications
• Must have over 5 years' experience in similar role

• Problem solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Bislama languages. French is a plus.
• Good Writing Skills
• Good in analyzing information

• Recommend solutions to speed up the loan process
• Member Loan applications., information and documentation are evaluated
• Effectively communicate loan financial concept in a way that the members can understand
• Complete the loan review and recommendations for loan approval on time
