Job Desctiption:
Forney Enterprise is seeking a Head of Maintenance who is an Electrical engineer and licensed Master Electrician to lead our maintenance team. In this crucial role, you will supervise the electrical maintenance team as well as general maintenance, guarantee equipment reliability, and drive ongoing enhancements in our production facility. As the Head of Maintenance, your electrical engineering qualifications and experience will enable you to play a key role in planning the electrical infrastructure for our new construction project and collaborate closely with our construction team on various aspects of the project.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Engineer License (current)
- 5 + years experience in similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to new technologies and developments
- Creativity and innovation in designing electrical systems.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
