Job Desctiption:
The F&B attendant is to provide efficient and friendly guest service in the restaurant, the beach, the pool or in the villas. The F&B attendant is expected to know about food, beverage and guest's expectation in a five star establishment.
Selection Criteria:
Tasks and Responsibilities
  •	Welcome and acknowledge all guests with a warm and friendly attitude;  anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with  disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. 
  •	Assist guests with their chairs, sitting down, and their napkins.
  •	Offer to take drink order and served accordingly and rapidly.
  •	Provide menu, menu information and take orders as appropriate.
  •	Ensure all dockets are clearly written, given to the bar or the kitchen as  well as the cashier. No items should be served if they are not properly  recorded.
  •	Prepare and serve beverages as required to our guests
  •	Serve food and beverage to guests as required.
  •	Clean F&B equipment and dining room; prepare the required service  mis-en-place.
  •	Responsible for ensuring that all served items are charged to the guests  bills.
  •	Responsible for the satisfaction of the guests in the allocated section.
  •	Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal  appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary  information; protect company assets. 
  •	Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report  accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to General Manager. 
  •	Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones  using appropriate etiquette. 
  •	Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. 
  •	Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management. 
  
  Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
  •	Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel or a  restaurant.
  •	Experienced in service standard.
  •	Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in  another foreign language such as French is an advantage.
  •	Proven track of delighting customer or up-selling. Honest and caring.
  •	Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the  resort.
