Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working lives and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
This position is responsible for managing and recovering unpaid debts from members. The role also monitors and following up on outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related qualifications
• Must have over 5 years' experience in similar role or from the same or similar industry

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Bislama languages. French is a plus.

• Has good negotiation skills
Key outcomes
• Loan portfolios are monitored, analysed and identifying risks and opportunities for the recovery process.
• Loan statements for customers are up to date and accurate.
• Confident with the compliance and enforcement process
• Weekly reports submitted for loan classifications already solved and irregular issues for the management.
