Dynamic Supply Co Ltd is a Retailer & Wholesaler of premium imported and local food & beverage products.
Job Desctiption:
• The primary person responsible for accurate stock records in CIN7 inventory system and the warehouse
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Costing goods, managing inwards of stock including batches and BBDs
• Reducing stock errors and increasing profitability
• Managing Assembly BOMS
• Completing Stock Transfers and fulfilling backorders
• Running daily, weekly, yearly stock takes
• Manage stock rotation
• Managing BBDs, Wastage, Expired goods, Aging stock – implementing strategies to increase turnover of stock and reducing the cost to the business
• Staying within budgeted stock expense targets for shrinkage, wastage, damaged, expired goods
• Improving all stock processes including inwards, stocktaking, warehousing
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc
• Must have previous experience with inventory software and cost controlling procedures
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience with CIN7/Dear or similar is a non-negotiable - 3 years +
Previous experience using BOMs is essential.
Must be able to work Saturdays
