Job Desctiption:

- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the operations of the Kitchen.
- Manage all administration responsibilities of the Kitchen.
- Adhere to local regulations and IHG standards concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and company policies and procedures.
- Work with the Executive Chef in planning manning and management needs.
- Work with the Executive Chef in the preparation and management of the Department's budget.
- Provide trainings to the Kitchen team where required.


Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler cards as required by local authorities.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
- 2 years or more experience in the same position.
