| | Silae Holdings is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified Ni-Vanuatu to the position of Operation Manager. The successful applicant will be offered a contract for 3 years and be responsible for managing, monitoring and overseeing the Real Estate Agent. |

| | Essential - |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Experience in rent, buy, or sell property for clients; |
| | - Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients. |
| | - Provide and accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. |
| | - Operations Manager also coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients. |
| | - Knowledge in subdivision and land development. |
| | - Possess good skills in sales marketing. |
| | - Experience in delivery of training and staff capacity building programs. |
| | - High level of written and spoken Bislama and English communication. |
| | - High level of technology literacy. |
| | - Demonstrable financial/budget management skills. |
| | - Ability to work closely and interact across other real estate agencies. |
| | - 2 or more years experience within the Essential Criteria. |
| | - Tertiary level qualification in property management. |
| | - Written and spoken French communication. |
| | - Current Vanuatu drivers license. |
