| | - Minimnum of a Bachelors Degree; |
| | - Special Business Education; |
| | - Public Administration or Public Policy with good understanding of Human Resource Management. |
| | - At least 10 years experirnce in senior management level and some experience in Public Policy; |
| | - Development in the HR Field; |
| | - Special Skills; |
| | - Strong leadership, management & supervisory skills, Policy Development skills, Negotiation skills, Communication skills and Computer skills; |
| | - Able to think analytically, practically, comprehensively, sensitively, positively and be open minded. |
| | - Good communication skills, listening skills, be responsive and have a good leadership approach. |
| | - Shows a sense of professionalism, Punctuality, Visionary, adaptable to environmental change, treat others with diginity and respect, commitment self-discipline, accountable and critical. |
