Job Description:

The Public Service Commission wishes to recruit an experience and qualify person to the following position:

- Minimnum of a Bachelors Degree;

- Special Business Education;

- Public Administration or Public Policy with good understanding of Human Resource Management.

- At least 10 years experirnce in senior management level and some experience in Public Policy;

- Development in the HR Field;

- Special Skills;

- Strong leadership, management & supervisory skills, Policy Development skills, Negotiation skills, Communication skills and Computer skills;

- Able to think analytically, practically, comprehensively, sensitively, positively and be open minded.

- Good communication skills, listening skills, be responsive and have a good leadership approach.

- Shows a sense of professionalism, Punctuality, Visionary, adaptable to environmental change, treat others with diginity and respect, commitment self-discipline, accountable and critical.

- English and/or French and Bislama.
