| | Our client who operates a Hotel and Resort accommodation requires a Manager position to be filled. |

| | Primary function: |
| | To lead and manage the day to day operation of the property including marketing, sales and guest' relationship management strategies that will ensure sustainable business success for the property. |

| | Requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A University degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar; |
| | - A minimum of 5 years in managerial position, 2 years of which pertains to managing a business engaged in the Hospitality industry; |
| | - Commerically astute; |
| | - Strong leadership and guests' relation skills; |
| | - Strong planning skills; |
| | - Knowledge in the laws and regulations of Vanuatu; |
| | - High quality in the oral and written communication skills of English and French Language; |
| | - Computer literate; |
| | - Knowledge of Room Master and MYOB soft ware is an advantage but not necessarily required. |
