Job Desctiption:

We are looking for 2 x Pick & Pack employees to join the Warehouse team @ Dynamic Supply Company. We are the leading supplier of Food & Beverage to the Hotel/ Resort & Restaurant sector in Port Vila and the outer islands. We are looking for a team player who is physically fit (some heavy lifting is required) and can think on their feet.

The role requires you to pick orders & weigh products from a packing list, and help load the delivery trucks under the supervision of senior warehouse staff. This role does require work in a Chiller & Freezer (all Clothing is supplied) and will also require you to work on Saturdays.

 

Selection Criteria:

Experience in a warehouse preferred
Excellent work ethic and initiative
Must be serious about working full time, and be committed to showing up to work
Good communication skills - both verbal and written English
Good physical fitness - you will be on your feet all day, lifting up to 20kgs
Reliable and Punctual
Hand picks all the produce from the warehouse
Can pack orders quickly & accurately
Assist with general maintenance of the warehouse
Work collaboratively in a team environment
