The bungalows are set in landscaped gardens and furnished with beautiful tropical style interiors. The restaurant is located right on the water with brilliant views over the calm turquoise ocean and spectacular sunsets each night. There are many activities on hand including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling on the house reef, swimming and cycling. COCO BEACH resort & restaurant has its own jetty for water taxis to and from Port Vila town.
Job Desctiption:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Secure the maximum in revenues and guest satisfaction
- Practice inspiring leadership skills
- Ensure that all departments of the resort are operating effectively
- Establish clear performance goals
- Ensure that guests are offered a premium, reliable and consistent experience
- Oversee and control all stocktaking
- Interacting with customers, creating a personalized environment within the resort
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellent service standards
- Ensure a good working relationship with all employees
Salary:

Selection Criteria:
YOU ...
- are ambitious, friendly and outgoing and love to interact with guests.
- have proven experience in hospitality and management, preferably as GM or number 2.
- you are familiar with leading and supervising all departments of a resort
- have excellent communication skills in English language (basic knowledge of French would
be an advantage)
- You have strong leadership skills
