Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) is Vanuatu's only social security system, established in 1986 under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to help provide financial security to workers when they reach retirement age.
Job Desctiption:
We are inviting applications for the position Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
This position is part of the Executive team and reports directly to the General Manager. The role entails providing professional, high quality administrative support to the General Manager, and ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of day to day work.
Selection Criteria:
• Bachelor degree in Public Administration or similar
• Knowledge in law, governance, business administration
• 5-10 years experience providing administrative support to upper level management in a similar organisation
• Strong work ethic
• Cutomer Service including GM's daily schedules
