Organisation Description:
A leading grocery establishment in Vanuatu with 6 well-stocked supermarkets, a large wholesale division, and 4 ABM fuel service stations.
Job Desctiption:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating different administrative tasks related to the operations of 4 service stations. This includes coordinating staff schedules, monitoring customer service and sales, monitoring inventory and stock levels, preparing daily and monthly reports, among others.
Selection Criteria:
• Tertiary qualifications in business
• Must have good planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Able to work well with others
• Demonstrate analytical and administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Driver's license would be an advantage
