Organisation Description:
The Corporate Services Unit is within the Ministry of Finance & Economic Management that oversees Policy and planning, Financial and human resources management, Central Tenders Board and Internal Audits.
Job Desctiption:
To evaluate government awarded contracts, conduct inspections to ensure delivery of contracts, conducts compliance checks/audits to detect criminal fraud.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor degree.
Education: Accounting, commerce and or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inspection, auditing, investigation.
Special skills: Negotiation, inspection skills, auditing skills, information gathering skills, processing or research skills, risk management skills, planning and reporting skills.
Thinking style: Analytical, practical, creative, critical.
Communication/interpersonal skills: Honest, reliable, ethical, committed, customer oriented and of good character.
Language: English or French and Bislama.
Salary:
PSS 4.1 (VT 1,400,000)
