Organisation Description:
We are a leading company specializing in the production of high-quality fragrances, essential oils, soaps, and personal care products. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our operations, sales, and export activities.
Job Desctiption:
Oversee production, quality assurance, and supply chain processes for fragrances, oils,
personal care products, and soaps.
Develop and implement export strategies to expand international market presence.
Identify and establish relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote products globally.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in target export markets.
Manage documentation, shipping, and customs clearance processes.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare financial budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration.
Proven experience in managing fragrance/oil/soap manufacturing and export.
Strong understanding of international trade and export procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be fluent in French and English.
Knowledge of safety standards and product certifications.
Experience with international logistics and supply chain management.
Market development and client acquisition skills.
