Organisation Description:
The Corporate Services Unit is within the Ministry of Finance & Economic Management which oversees Policy and planning, Financial and human resources management, Central Tenders Board and Internal Audit.
Job Desctiption:
To detect compliance audits and inspections based on procurement laws, policies and procedures as well as establishes agency procurement benchmarks.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor degree.
Education: Accounting.
Experience: minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing, performing procurement, contract, compliance or quality activities.
Special skills: Developed organizational and analytical skis, auditing skills, excellent presentation, understanding of public sector procurement practices and processes.
Leadership competencies: Visionary, motivational, teambuilding, coaching, proactive.
Thinking style: Analytical, practical, creative and critical.
Communication/ interpersonal competencies: Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable, trust, worthy, ethical, commitment, customer oriented, and of good character.
Language: English or French and Bislama.
Salary:
PSS 5.1 VT 1,989,000 per annum
