Job Desctiption:
We are seeking specialised teachers in the following subject areas:
- Mathematics & Physics (USP Foundation & VCE experience is an advantage)
- English Language & Literature
- History & Geography
- Accounting & Economics
The successful candidates will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to Year 7–12 students, support curriculum delivery, and contribute to the growth of a strong learning community.
eachers will be responsible for:
- Planning, designing, and delivering lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
- Preparing and supporting students for internal exams, external pathways, USP Foundation, and VCE (where relevant)
-Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to students, parents, and senior leadership
-Supporting inclusive learning, including students with limited English proficiency and special-needs learners
-Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a respectful and responsible school culture
-Participating in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and co-curricular activities
Selection Criteria:
Applicants must have:
A recognised Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with USP Foundation or VCE content (for applicable subjects) is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within a small and dynamic teaching team
A commitment to the mission and values of Vanua Leadership College and Pikinini Playtime
