Bred (Vanuatu) limited is seeking to recruit a highly and qualified and experienced officer for the position of Head of Operations, at its head-office in Port Vila. We invite applications from suitably experienced for the position of head of banking operation. This is a full time and permanent position.

Duties and responsibilities:

1) Report to the General Manager

2) Coordination and management of all support services activities to provide the distribution channels with superior customer services capability

3) Management of channel distribution capability and expansion

4) Managing staff productivity through effective and efficient processes and execution of process and procedural actions

5) Human resource management including preparation of key performance indicators, benchmarks, performance reporting and periodic appraisals

6) Maintain the required controls as well as all internal policies and procedures

7) Manage projects for introduction of technology based workflow management

8) Create and coordinate a consolidated operational dashboard for the business.
