| | Bred (Vanuatu) limited is seeking to recruit a highly and qualified and experienced officer for the position of Head of Operations, at its head-office in Port Vila. We invite applications from suitably experienced for the position of head of banking operation. This is a full time and permanent position. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Report to the General Manager |
| | 2) Coordination and management of all support services activities to provide the distribution channels with superior customer services capability |
| | 3) Management of channel distribution capability and expansion |
| | 4) Managing staff productivity through effective and efficient processes and execution of process and procedural actions |
| | 5) Human resource management including preparation of key performance indicators, benchmarks, performance reporting and periodic appraisals |
| | 6) Maintain the required controls as well as all internal policies and procedures |
| | 7) Manage projects for introduction of technology based workflow management |
| | 8) Create and coordinate a consolidated operational dashboard for the business. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - University degree in business related areas |
| | - Minimum 10 years banking experience in a senior management position with a major domestic commercial bank with strong exposure to operations, retail and commerical banking business |
| | - Demonstrated capacity with respect to the key responsibilities and accountabilities in existing role |
| | - Preferably senior managers specializing in banking/financial services or equivalent. |
