Our Client, a strong Pacific based organization is looking for a Financial controller to oversee the multiple divisions in Vanuatu.

They are looking for a commercial individual with extensive experience in group consolidations managing cash flows and Business partnering.

Previous management duties is a must as the primary duties of the role will include:

1) Delegating and monitoring work among the subordinates;

2) Coordinating and preparing analysis of all financial reporting;

3) Management of the executive finance team; Reporting on group level via KPIs; Monthly reporting package;

4) Handling all aspects of accounting and financial reporting to audit level; Responsible for all statutory requirements.

The right person will enjoy training and improving employee skills be able to manage a small team effectively and will report to the Country CEO and the Board of Directors.
