| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | Will manage all the financial, statutory and management reporting for the Bank and provide expert financial advise to the executive management team by interpretation and analysis of the General Ledger & Financial data, which will assist in decision-making. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - At least 5 years experience in areas of accounting & taxation with accounting/business administration tertiary qualification and computer literacy; Must have good banking knowledge; Sound |
| | knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, extensive experience in taxation (i.e. VAT and chargeable income); Strong leadership skills |
| | - Ability to be assertive to ensure that opportunities for improved financial performance are adopted; Commitment to developing a customer focused environment and service culture; Excellent |
| | pragmatic problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills; Ability to work with deadlines |
| | - Good reconciliation skills; Excellent planning, organising skills and time management skills; Good analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work under pressure to ensure strict deadlines |
| | imposed by pacific head office, group finance, pacific reserve banks and APRA are met |
| | - Excellent communication skills and be capable of maintaining a network of external contacts with taxation department, reporting countries, internal and external auditors. |
