Job Desctiption:
Overall management of all on-site construction procedures and trade activities; preparation of construction schedules alongside manpower, machinery, and material allocation; technical disclosure based on engineering drawings; and control over construction quality, safety, and progress. Responsible for coordinating cross-disciplinary work among steel fixers, formwork carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons; conducting daily site inspections, rectifying safety hazards, and maintaining construction logs; and liaising with supervisors and clients for all partial acceptances.
Coordinate all trade construction on site, prepare daily and weekly schedules, and efficiently allocate workers, machinery, and materials.
Conduct technical briefings based on construction drawings, monitor execution techniques, elevations, and sequencing, and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.
Oversee construction quality, site safety, and environmental standards; inspect work areas, halt non-compliant practices, and enforce safety protocols.
Inspect and verify incoming material specifications and quantities, supervise material efficiency, and report shortages or excess waste.
Coordinate concurrent work among carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, and steel fixers to resolve process conflicts and maintain project timelines.
Maintain daily construction logs to track progress, worker attendance, potential site hazards, and the completion of corrective actions.
Liaise with clients and supervisors for on-site inspections, ensuring all requested rectifications are promptly implemented.

Senior Civil & Structural Expertise: Proven track record in main building construction, specialized formwork engineering, and end-to-end civil construction management.
On-Site Operational Leadership: Demonstrated capability in directing site operations, managing subcontractor workflows, and leading multi-disciplinary construction teams.
Project History & Technical Capacity
Complex Multi-Use Infrastructure: Demonstrated experience executing large-scale transportation and commercial hubs.
Large-Scale Residential Development: Proven experience driving civil and structural delivery across high-density urban renewal and residential projects.
Specialized & Public Facility Upgrades: Direct experience managing structural builds and overarching site arrangements for high-profile public supporting facilities and cultural infrastructure.
Continuous Modern Project Execution: Verified track record of continuous on-site project delivery through recent major developments
