The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.

 

Job Desctiption:

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of office premises, personnel, visitors, and property. This role requires attention, professionalism, and adherence to company security protocols at all times.

 

Selection Criteria:

Qualification/Experience:
• Completed Secondary Education or higher.
• Certificate in security operations

Requirement
• Communicate instructions, warnings,
and in formation effectively
to members, staff, visitors, and
emergency responders.
• Understand and respond appropriately
to questions or issues raised
by members, employers, employees,
visitors, or supervisors.
• Accurately observe, interpret, and
communicate unusual behaviour or
incidents.
• Write clear, concise, and factual
reports.
