Organisation Description:
We are a Tourism organization doing snorkel tours, kayak tours and boat tours. We are located on the seafront, Nambawan Cafe. We operate Monday to Friday and weekends only when we have a cruise ship.
Job Desctiption:
Lead and supervise snorkeling tours, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests. Provide safety briefings, assist with snorkeling equipment and share information about marine life. Promote responsible environmental practices and respond to emergencies when required. Strong swimming, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
Selection Criteria:
Selection criteria
* Boat licence for small vessel operations
* Strong swimming and snorkeling skills.
* Knowledge of marine life, coral reefs, and ocean safety practices.
* Ability to provide clear safety briefings and instructions to guests.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and water rescue certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Physically fit and able to work in outdoor marine environments.
* Commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable tourism practices.
* Punctual and well behaved
