Job Desctiption:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused supervisor to join our team in Port Vila.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing cargo quotations, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
-Prepare and follow up on cargo and freight quotations.
-Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
-Promote the company’s shipping and logistics services.
-Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
-Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets.
-Follow up on customer claims and improvement process.
Selection Criteria:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
-Strong commercial mindset and ability to develop business opportunities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service quality.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
-Fluent English and Bislama required; French would be an advantage.
-Valid driver’s licence required .
